Here I am Lord. Is it I, Lord?
I have heard you calling in the night.

Coming Home Ministry
There are so many reasons for Coming Home to the Catholic Church.
What’s yours? Are you struggling with questions you cannot answer alone? Is your life feeling incomplete? Are you worried that your children are missing something? Do you want to forgive and to be forgiven? Or maybe, think about it - you just miss it, you want it, you need it - the Eucharist, the Church, God in your life.
Even if you have left the Church, God has never left you. He has always kept the door open. He is calling your name. He is saying, “Welcome Home.”
Coming Home at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church. After every Advent. After every Lent. Or whenever you are ready. Our door is always open.
“And when he does find [the lost sheep], he sets it on his shoulders with great joy and, upon his arrival home, he calls together his friends and neighbors and says to them, ‘Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.’”
Luke 15:5-6
Coming Home
January – February
May – June
Sunday evenings 7 – 8:30 PM in the Education BuildingComing Home, a 6 to 7 weeks series, welcomes back Catholics who have been away from the Church. Join us each post Advent and Lenten season for open, caring and thoughtful discussions about the struggle to allow ourselves to feel God’s love again. Parishioners - who like you once stood at the door listening for God’s voice calling them - are waiting to answer your questions, to lend an ear, to help you heal, to offer support and to accompany you on your journey back home to the Catholic Church.
God is waiting for you. Waiting for you to realize that He has been with you all this time.
